This website is designed specifically for you and you can change the criteria at any time. It emails you homes that are listed and meet your criteria as soon as they hit the market and removes them once they are sold. This will save you time and energy in searching all the different websites out there!
Best of all you can communicate with me by noting on your website which listings are your favorites, which ones you are not at all interested in and by writing notes for me! Everything is automated and in today's busy world makes buying Real Estate a cinch! Best of all it is FREE!
FEES
All of our buyer’s services are completely FREE to you, the seller of the home you buy pays all of our commissions. You will never pay us a dime as a buyer!
RELOCATION
I can provide you with any information you might need about certain areas, provide you links for your own research, and send you information about areas you might be interested in. I can even pick you up from the airport when you come in to town to look at properties, or for your final move – NOW that is SERVICE!
AGENT SERVICES
We provide you with complete guidance through out the entire home buying process. This includes referral to mortgage brokers, reports on market conditions, market analysis and comparables of the home you are interested in, review of inspections and disclosures, home warranty, negotiating on your behalf, and we will keep you informed the entire time and answer questions that you may have.
CONCIERGE SERVICES
If you buy a home with me I will provide you with all of your moving boxes and supplies for FREE! I will even pay for a moving truck for 1 day in town!
REFFERALS
I can provide you with referrals to an extensive list of different contractor and service providers, for what ever you may need!
If you are not interested in buying right away I can set you up a FREE buyer website for you to track homes of interest, and when the time comes you can use my services. You will not be bothered by any agents until you are ready to buy! I can email you periodicly information about market conditions and sales if you wish, so that you are informed when the time comes for you to buy.
